How long will it take until I get my order?

I am a one woman shop, with a full-time day job, meaning turnaround time varies depending on season and type of order. Typically I try to have orders fulfilled within 5-15 business days. Farmhouse Signs are approx. 2-4 weeks turn around time. Please contact me if you have any other questions about timing or need an item by a certain date and we can see if we can meet your timeline. 

What are you items made of?

Please reference each item on our website for a list of materials used. 

What sizes do your signs come in? 

Signs come in many sizes. All signs in collections have a list of what sizes are available for that particular piece.  

Are custom signs an option? 

Yes, but there are a limited number of spots per month available to reserve.

If you are interested in ordering a custom sign, please go to the custom orders tab on the homepage and to the Order a Custom Sign listing and reserve a spot (one per sign) and I will contact you within 48 hours to discuss.

Please provide as much information as you can in the customization box, ie. size, the quote/wording, particular font style and I will be in touch to discuss and provide a quote. 

Can I hang my sign outside? 

Signs are made for indoor use only. I would not recommend outdoor use as it my result in damage.   If you choose to hang under a well protected porch where its completely out of the elements, that is the risk you take. 

How do I care for my sign? 

Dust the frame with a slightly damp cloth and do not display your sign under direct sunlight or extreme heat. 

Do you use paint or vinyl for anything with lettering or a design?

Hand painted by moi. NO vinyl! 

Where do you ship? 

Currently we ship within Canada only.
